Qualifying Transaction

A Qualifying Transaction is defined as a sale transaction in which our agent is representing a Buyer or Seller, other than themselves or another URG agent, and pays the full URG fee that would normally be applicable for that particular transaction.

Other Restrictions

No referral fees shall be paid in the following situations:
1) If the referring agent is the spouse of the referred agent.
2) On transactions involving Interoffice Referrals.
3) If referring agent operates a team, and referred agent is a part of that team.

Payment Timelines

Though residual checks typically go out sooner, it can take up to 90 days, from the time your referred agents' transaction closes, for a residual check to be disbursed. Residual checks will be mailed to the address on file for the referring agent, thus it is important to notify URG as soon as possible of any changes in mailing address.
