Trouble Logging Into RealtySync?
If you are having trouble logging into RealtySync, the cause is most likely a computer setting. To quickly check if the problem is a computer setting, Please try logging in at the following URL:
http://Standards.RSyncApp.com
If you ARE able to successfully login at the link above, you may either 1) Save the link above/bookmark that page for future logins, OR 2) Continue to the next paragraph to fix your computer settings, so that you will be able to login to RealtySync directly from the Agent Portal.
If you are still unable to login at the link above, please reset your password and try again. If you are still unable to log in after that, please contact Broker Support.
Fixing Your Computer Settings
Open your internet browser and go to "Internet Options", then click on the "Privacy" tab, then click on "Sites". This should bring open a new dialog box. In the "Address of Website" field, enter the following URL, and click "Allow": brokerofficesolutions.com
You may now click "ok" and try logging into RealtySync directly from the Agent Portal, it should work. If you have any further issues logging in to RealtySync, please contact Broker Support.
