As a 25-year mortgage industry veteran who serves as the team manager and Vice President of CU Partners (a division of Stearns), Laura Lee has been involved in many aspects of the mortgage business. After receiving a real estate finance degree from the University of Southern California, she went to work for a mortgage broker in Orange County. Originally, she was trained as a loan processor, and then as an assistant underwriter. However, after a few years of serving in the operations side of the mortgage business, she found herself wanting to work more closely with home buyers, helping them realize their dream of home ownership. As a senior loan officer, Laura Lee's underwriting knowledge enables her to provide exceptional service to her clients. In addition, she helps guide and educate them to provide a home financing process that is smooth and efficient. This level of experience and product knowledge is vital to succeed in today's mortgage industry, and helps ensure a satisfied client.
Laura Lee has spent the last 15 years, of her 30 years in the mortgage business, focused on establishing and growing relationships with national and local credit unions. She is actively involved in the credit union industry and regularly attends various credit union alliances and conventions each year. This motivated Laura Lee to become a trusted resource for credit unions and help them invest in the communities which they serve. Her passion is to help credit union members, as well as the outside community, to achieve the dream of home ownership using credit union financing.
Laura Lee is the credit union connector for mortgage loans. By way of "outside the box" financing provided by credit unions, she has created a unique lending ability by leveraging several portfolio investors that offer an array of different products. This allows her to obtain loans for well-qualified borrowers that do not normally meet the requirements at larger institutions.
This gives her a niche that is much needed in today's market, and is why countless other mortgage bankers, brokers, and Realtors rely on Laura Lee as the funding source for their transactions.

Anthony Ivy is a 25 year veteran of the financial, mortgage, and service industries, and currently serves as a Senior Loan Officer for the Laura Lee Team of Stearns Lending. He is currently licensed as a loan officer in California, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Georgia, & Colorado. Anthony has been involved in many aspects of the mortgage industry, and is committed to working closely with home buyers and current home owners, in obtaining the best possible option for their mortgage needs. Anthony works closely with Realtors as well, educating them on the latest mortgage lending guidelines and nuances facing the real estate markets. Maintaining this level of communication with borrowers and Realtors helps to ensure the home financing process is smooth and efficient, until the day the loan is funded and the client gets the keys. Anthony's level of service and product knowledge is vital to succeed in today's ever-changing mortgage industry, and so there are no surprises along the way. Anthony is California born and bred, was raised in South Orange County, and currently resides in Mission Viejo, CA. He is an avid motor racing fan, and enjoys frequent traveling with his wife.
