OPENING ESCROW



Are you ready to open a new escrow with United Capital Escrow?


Here are the ways you can open a new escrow:


Option 1:
You may open escrow at the same time you report a new transaction, by logging into the Agent Portal's Transaction Center and clicking on Report New Transaction (accepted offer). Simply complete the form and select "Yes" when asked "Open Escrow with United Capital Escrow?". Once you complete this process, you would have fulfilled your reporting obligation and opened escrow at the same time. We'll take it from there!



Option 2:
If you have already reported a "New Transaction" or "New Listing" in the Agent Portal's Transaction Center (and uploaded all required documents i.e fully executed Listing Agreement and/or Purchase Agreement), and the file is currently open in your RealtySync account, simply send an email to info@UnitedCapitalEscrow.com which includes the property address or transaction number. Please state "Please Open Escrow" in the subject line. We'll take it from there!
